police report cover note, abstract/brief substitution. a paragraph document utilizable to provide foundation for many directions of circumstance and without requirement of unnecessary specific details that may limit utility of the document. e.g. mistakes on police report by person reporting into police, may require a brief/abstract substitution document (additionally) and to provide support to the person reporting into police without inclusion of bodies deleterious to the person/objective/etc. (i.e. avoid counterobjective or stunted objective or obsessional focus or appearance of abuse), etc.. Person reporting in can claim abuse, obessession/motif/repeat/etc., stunted objective, counterobjective presentation, etc. ; however the report needs to be utilizable for record, safety personal, restitution money request from state, remediation request from state, respect for persons, discretion/dignity/integrity, error guard/error identification/possibility of error consideration, etc.. Issues occur with inflation, distortion, deception, processing errors, structure flaw, system failure, dysfunction, etc.; for instance some scary people and some friendly people try various tactics learned to protect family and friends from interrogation indiscretion/disinhibition under drugs (scream out all dump), with additional confounds unaddressed or controlled (including control influence outcome/one blind unblind control blind confounds etc.; obsolete status of control and false control ; fraud in research reutilizable repurpose novel purpose purpose common privitization separation dissemination purpose etc.) could result in erroneous stories, mislabeled passages (omission error, essential category tag, story/myth/legend/lore/fiction/hypothetical/abstraction/example non-real/figure/illustration/metaphors/etc.), lie compounding, three point critic, one point rehash, guard domain (possible/draft/abstraction/exaggeration/language/etc.), etc.. Police reports are real accounts of actual events that in fact did occur, and in the manner as described/indicated by the reporter (witness requirements, testimony requirements, chain of custody, due process of law, standard of evidence, etc.). failed witness requirements is common, including some scientists/psychiatrists/civilians/etc.. Patients and subjects do not usually fail witness requirements, especially in circumstance of medical crime psychiatry (some exception exist, especially in situations sometimes unacceptable to function as a witness). Good police report is different than a tip ; police report is a vehicle accident standard (no injuries, etc.), tip is either brief or general. The police report in uncertain situations of vague/unknown/etc. crime, especially with possibility of unknowing (self, etc.), may require a police brief or abstract to support the person in file in his or her endeavor to improve situation, attain security, acquire remediation (e.g. repairs), acquire restitution (e.g. money), etc.. Victims of crime that are unknowing cannot be penalized for unknowing, and subjected to situation of appearance of violence, unknowing, no link to crime known, and possible objective link to crime (suspect victim of crime, possible victim of crime, etc.). Victim in general cannot become liable responsible accountable to/for the damages imposed to/incurred by himself or herself and as a consequence of a crime (esp. of another person, etc.). Victim in general cannot be made liable/accountable/responsible for the damages by crime.
