The United States et al., is strongly discouraged from travel due COVID-19 pandemic.

United States is required to send funds to Japan, and to provide funds to Japanese persons located within or of the United States.

In addition, it is strongly recommended that Japan be reimbursed by the United States of America and for the full financial cost (including preparations/etc.) of the Olympic games.
