Hygiene in laboratories is different; protective garment available some types, etc.. Biosafety level. Private requirements in companies may exist. State and local reporting requirements may accommodate some special circumstances (companies, laboratories, etc.). No requirement to test for prion disease in circumstance of standard clinical occasions/etc., in general (exclusions may apply). State annual reviews, local annual review may exist. 

State should also regard respectfully local domain, state employee, local subsidary/branch/review personnel, state personnel, etc.. No requirement to test for prion disease in general on the aforementioned. 

USAF etc., is able to test for prion disease, although no medical diagnosis, test result, certainty, person, etc., may apply. Records to safeguard civilian health in a circumstance of extended possibility are classified, and backrecorded (assumed annual decade centennial).
