No harassment of applicant that is missing spouse/divorced/etc. and requires fund structure/assignment/schedule (based) on spouses work record, and has no access to spouse information/account.
No harassment of the boyfriend or girlfriend application. No harassment of the friend application. No harassment of the physician, physician relative, etc., application. No harassment of surprise application.
