11. Beheading is to sever by sword or blade (physical severance) the cephalus/head* and the body - at the junction of the neck. Two pieces should result post beheading: The head and neck piece, and the body and neck piece. The head contains a brain/brain piece/etc., teeth or not, eyes or not, hair or not, ears or not, mouth or not, etc..
12. Beheading is not to sever an organ, uterus, penis, testicle, ovary, reproductive organ, cell, channel, tube, fallopian tube, arm, leg, hair strand, etc.. Beheading is a term usually applied to executions; or in case of cause to execute a person by the act of beheadance. Human (second party) is to act to cause the execution (second party acts to behead the first party/another person). The physical weapon and the human are to cause the death, and by singular act of beheadance/etc.. The weapon is not accountable for the death, the human cause the death utilizing physical action/weapon with specific purpose to behead and to satisfy request/condition/etc. of/to execution/execute. Not the same thing as accident, torture, etc..

Rescues are no longer permissible by USA, due abuse of rescue to enhostage, mass traffick, enslave, traffick, etc., to steal bodies from the family/person/etc. that USA claimed-acted-etc. to rescue, and to result in scenario of theft/loss/etc. to one party (rescuee) with blind-advance-gain by the second party (inferior genetics - USA - neander - petersen/HIV - etc.) with occurrence of public action by rescuer (espionage/disclosure (single blind is vic)/reappearance/presence/etc.) against rescuee/rescue/etc. and where USA rescue is revealed to be cover for USA crime and where the usa cover of rescue, to justify rescuee presence, disappears etc..
