A, Ovules on MSB2K produced numerous fibers and calli; B, Ovules on MSB2K+1.0 mg l-1 IAA+0.2 mg l-1 Kin+250 mg l-1 CH produced numerous calli; C, Ovules on MSB2K+0.5 mg l-1 KIN+250 mg l-1 CH grew well, with little callus production; D, Ovule germination; E, Embryo isolation; F, All leaves of plantlets dropped; G, Healthy plantlets; H, Grafted plantlets.
